RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

At Good Days with Good People, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged item, simply reach out to gooddaysgoodpeople@gmail.com as soon as you can and we will work with you to get it resolved! We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent, either internally or by Shopify’s payment system. Note: There is a 14-day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

SHIPPING

Please allow between 1-2 weeks for orders to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is setn out. Our team works around the clock to get out orders as fast as possible and we will keep you in the loop every step of the way!

TRACKING

At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified that your package has shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, once an order has been marked as delivered, you will need to get into direct contact with either the courier or residence facility with any questions and concerns you may have. We will assist any way we can!

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void. We'd rather you have your awesome new gear - so please respond to us as soon as you can!
